8/30 Progress Report 19 week out today!

I had surgery 8/31/04 and as of today I am down 86 lbs. I had been in a plateau for several weeks now and hadn't weighed for over a week because I was discouraged. Got on the scale this evening and have lost 5 lbs. I was very happy. I was losing handfuls of hair and it would be all over my back. I got my hair cut short on Friday so I don't have to deal with that anymore. Congrats to everyones weight loss. Joy

I am down 74.5 pounds since surgery for an overall total loss of 104.5 from my highest weight. I too am losing hair by what seems like fist fulls. In November I had problems with 2 strictures, but everything has been great since then. I am wearing size 22W pants vs. the 34/36W size at my highest weight. This past weekend I did 4 flights of stairs and survived I seem to hit plateaus and sit on them longer, but as long as my inches are changing I'll take that! 303.5/229/170
