Lets go for it! Lets be 150 pound buddies!!
If we hit the 100 lbs by Feb. 16th that leaves 50 lbs spread out over 6 months. Right now on this track we have been averaging 16+ lbs per month. To lose another 50 lbs we need to lose a little over 8 lbs a month from Feb 16th to Aug 16th. They say it slows down so I think we can do it since we are cutting the average loss in half.
I say lets go for it. If we don't make it at least we tried really hard.

Looking at it that way, I guess it is VERY possible. I can't wait! I'd be happier if I lose 160 by then, because the Doc said he'd expected 135, I would love to be under 200 at my 1 year, and 160 would make me 199!!! I know I need to get back to exercising, I haven't been since I blew my back out in the beginning of December. Then the holiday**** and it was so hectic I never went to the gym. Maybe once I get the clutter out of our apartment and into the storage unit, I won't feel guilty about going to the gym, right now everything is such a mess I don't want to go out until it is done!!!

Hi all, good work everyone! It will be summer before we know it and we all will be looking GOOOOD.
I am down 85 pounds since surgery...my plan this week is to count my calories to see exactly what I have been taking in...I am curious to see. I think it's good to have an idea, some days I feel SO hungry and feel like I ate a million calories and other days, I feel like I hardly ate a bite.
I also need to work on getting all my pills/vitamins in. I seem to miss a dose or two a couple times a week.
Other than that...I feel pretty on track.

Hi everyone. I am at a stand still. I am wanting to eat a lot more often. I am able to eat more. This is really scaring me. I have basically hit a plateau. I just keep teeter totering back & forth a couple of lbs. No real weight loss for the last 3 wks.
I am now down 60 lbs. Which feels great. I have went from a 26 bottom & 22/24 top to 12/14 top & 16/18 bottom. I still need to lose between 40 & 60 lbs. I would be happy with 50 more.
