Time to do the happy dance !!!!

Hello everybody !!! I hope everyone had a great holiday !! I did it as of today I have lost 100lbs forever, I joined the Century club I can't believe it!! Now the holidays are over it's down to business... I have not done to bad but my excrise has fell off due to running around for the holidays, so it's back to the GYM this week!!! Also no more SNACKING... Best to all this new year, Linda

Wow Linda, that is so great! Congrats. I can't wait to join you in the Centruy Club but at this point I still have 20 to go to get there. It's been slow but it's coming. Thank God I didn't gain anything over the holidays now it't time to get back to business. Patty
