Wow, it's been quite awhile since I last posted... so much to report! First of all, just wanted all of you to know I LOVE WLS!!!!!!!!!!! I'm down 72 pounds, and have been on a plateau for 3 weeks now, but I don't care! I'm getting my s-it together as part of my New Year's Resolution! 2005 is going to be a skinny year! I'm at 185 pounds now... I wear a size 14 jeans (still in XL shirt--- to cover the tummy sag thing I have going on). I'm starting PILATES as soon as I finish this post. That's my new activity for the year... Resolution #1-- NO MORE SNACKING! Crackers and baked chips (esp. the cheetos) are EVIL. My hair's falling out-------------- in MASSES....... any advice? **My Hubby called me a "HOTTIE" the other day--- MEOW! Resolution #2-- Drink more water. Resolution #3-- Do some exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes EVERY day My brain is all jumbled... not sure what else I wanted to write. I just know it's been way too long and I need to update my photos. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love, Dawn

Hello Dawn, I think you are doing well. I have some tips for you! Get yourself a good protein drink. GMC has "pro blend" it has 55 g of protein. And get some Biotin at least 600mg, 1500 are even better. It helped me with the hair loss. It takes about two weeks to 4 weeks to stop the hair loss. Don't worry it comes back. And by the way, drinking this protein helps with the snacking too: And my husband is taking notice too Happy New Year Big Hug Birgit

HI Dawn! that was a fun rambling post! LOL! My hair had been falling out in masses too....but has finally slowed down. I hear all kinds of encouraging things about it all growing back so I'm hanging in there. I'm doing the biotin and lots of protein. It sounds like you're doing great and you have so much determination! You're spreading the encouragement! YEAAAAAAAAAAH!!! :0) Mary Ann
