I have lost 52 pounds since my surgery. How is everyone else doing? I had a 3 week plateau some time ago. Was very discouraged about that but I am back afloat now and ready to roll now for 2005. Please let me know how you guys are doing out there. Debbie

Debbie-- I had my surgery a day after yours and I've lost 46 pounds. I truly believe that a slow, steady loss is better in the long run. I keep asking my doctor if I'm doing OK and he says yes. Your 52 pounds in four months is quite remarkable. Please stay focused, blessed and ready to roll in 2005. Frances

Hi Debbie, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority seens your great wishes and success in your travel down the road of weight lose... We will SUCCEED!!!!!!!!! Now, I had surgery on 08/30/04 and I have had some up's and down's alone the way. I have losted a total of 93 lbs and have keep off about 88 of the lbs steadily. It is difficult and VERY HARD to maintain but through Christ I will succeed. This Christmas season I have gained 6 lbs and lost 4 of those so far... It is really a struggle maintaining but I promise myself I will do this.................. Take care, Gwen
