Looking for 4-5 years veterans out there...

Hello everyone, This is my first post. My husband and I are considering WLS and are looking to find people who had surgery over 4-5 years ago and find out how they are doing. Hopefully there are true happy veterans out there who are willing to share their experience. Thanks, Rachel

Rachel, My mother is just about 3 years out and loves everyday that she has. She is a total of 154 pounds lost. And maintaining he weight with about a 5 pound up and down but no more than that. I hope that when I am 405 years out I will be as happy as she is at 3 years out. I had my surg on august 16th, 2004 and even with strictures I had I would do it over and over again.
