8/16 - 16 week check in
Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well. I have now lost 76 lbs. I think that is 5 lbs. since last week. I have been exercising almost everyday, but I haven't been doing too well with eating. I just haven't wanted to eat for a couple of weeks now, and I'm hardly getting in anything. I'm making sure I get my vitamins and calcium in, so hopefully I won't have any problems.
How is everyone else doing? Did you have a good week?

Don't be discouraged, I've had a few of those so far! Your body is just adjusting. If you aren't doing it already, try to get some exercise in, or maybe a little extra exercise, keep up your water and protein and it will kick back into gear...I know that is what worked for me!
We are all going to be at goal before we know it!

Congrats on your LOSS!
I have lost 72 lbs. I bought me some new jeans - size 16!!!!! And I am wearing an XL shirt. One thing I have found is: an XL and 1X are the same, but if you buy a 1X you will pay more @ JC Penney and other places. BEWARE!!!!
