8/3/04 Surgery Folks!

Two days ago was my four-month annivesary and including the 30 lbs I lost before my surgery on 8/3/04, I've lost a total of 121 lbs... 91 since the surgery and 30 before from my heighest weight in April of 327 lbs. I am now at 206 lbs and feel great! Take Care and Continued Success, Bill JM

Hello everybody! So far I've lost 69 lbs. neck - less 2" waist - less 6" hips - less 4.5" From size 24 to size 16. Blessings!

Ok, so I'm a little late in posting...but here I go I was 4 months on 12/3/04 and as of that date had lost 81 lbs. I have now lost 84.5 as of today (12/16/04). Start: 248 Now: 163.5 Lost: 84.5 lbs = 78% of my excess weight I'm not sure how many inches I have lost...I need to take my measurements again. But I have gone from a 26 jean to a loose 12 jean, work pants from a 2x to a medium and shirts from a 2x-3x to a L. I am now only 23.5 lbs away from my goal. I'm melting before my very eyes! BTW - I haven't really posted here before...is this something this board does every month?? Kristy 248/163.5/140
