Greetings, Did you notice that about 3 months out you could eat more of things and tolerate more?? I am excited that I can actually tolerate 2 ounces of chicken and keep it down. I am happy to eat a salad from Carl's and not throw up (granted I eat about 1/4 of the greens and 2/3 of the chicken) but still!! I can tolerate 2.5-3 ounces of beef...without getting sick. These are good things.....BUT it makes me uncomfortable. It makes me feel like I am eating too much now and that I need to cut back...because I didn't eat this much the first three months?? Of course, it doesn't help that since I was able to eat more, the weight loss has stalled for 3 weeks. Is this crazy? I feel like I am. I am on one hand happy to be able to tolerate 3-4 ounces of food....and sad that I can't just eat a few bites to be full! Hunger has also come back. I am not starved by any means...but I do feel hungry once in a while. Does all of this sounds like what you have experienced? Do I need to call my surgeon because I can tolerate 3-4 ounces now? Thanks! HUGS!

Actually , yes it does sound familiar. I too have days lately when I actually feel hungry. Also able to tolerate different foods...but that means we are on the right track. Some days I can eat more than others too. I heard that is normal. My doctor said not to worrya s long as the amount isn't over a 3/4-1 cup of food when chewed, we should be ok. 3-4 oz is fine.I wouldn't freak.. Laura 253.5/209/150

When I was at my 3 month the Dr. said 1/2 cup or 4 oz. I think you are right on track and doing good. I get the hunger thing every once and a while also. Hang in there with the plateau. I bet you will start losing again now that you are working out at Curves. Good luck, Christie
