Wedding Bands and Shoes!

Laura, I'd be careful of ring guards, they can do serious damage (scratches) to you rings. I have chosen to stop wearing my wedding rings, and am wearing just a plain gold band that wasn't very expensive. We are going to have my rings re-set and resized once I'm to goal. JUDY

You can get "balls" put into your ring. Basically they put a little gob of gold in two places inside the ring band. That will keep the ring from sliding around or sliding off. Then once you get to your goal and stabilize, get your rings sized. That's what the jewelry store recommended. Getting rings sized over and over breaks down the integrity of the gold/metal.
