8/10 Post-ops check in
I had my surgery on 8/10 and I am offically down 65 lbs and 27 inches. I feel great. My food intake is better and my blood tests came back great. I still can't eat Turkey or Chicken. I do have a question though, how much exercise are you getting? Currently I am working out in my work's fitness center 2 days a week and take a deep water aerobics class two days a week for 45 mins. per session. I can totally feel the difference. Why is it we can be so motivated to do this stuff now but couldn't have before? I am so happy I opted for this tool.

Congratulations on your outstanding results!
I'm getting 3 - 4 workouts weekly at Curves for Women. I also try to take a walk once a week with my daughter.
My doc showed me some good exercies at my 3-month checkup for shrinking my uppper arm's "bat wings." I'm doing those to help.
My best friend found a thigh master at a yard sale. She gave it to me. I love it!
I wish I could take water aerobics! I miss the pool! Can't wait until next summer!

Hello everyone!
I went today for my three month weigh in. I have lost a total of 49 lbs since my surgery on 8/11/04! WOOHOO!!! I now weigh 183 lbs. I honestly can not remember when I last weighed under 200, never mind 183!!! It is mind blowing!
In January 2004, I weighed 268, my highest weight ever. Since January 2004, I have lost 85 lbs!!! I am so happy with my results!
