Debra, go to fitday.com. You can keep track of what you eat, protein, carbs and etc. Also your weight. I enter the weight each day, then can check by week, 2 weeks and etc. It also allows you to enter special foods if not listed on the program list.

There's only been two weeks so far that I've lost 6 pounds or more in a week, and one of them was my first week post-op.
Again, congrats... you are doing an excellent job!
