WHOOHOO!!!!
Everyone you guys are doing a fabulous job. Waiting for my official 3 month check up before I buy that scale. Down 25 lbs. Like Aimee I'm having trouble with my head catching up with my body. But the looseness of my clothes tell me somethings changing.

Hi ladies, I've gained this week, and I am so frustrated, I jumped back over 300 this morning. I can't understand it. People at work have been telling me I look like I lost more this week. Is my body just catching up and trying to regulate and that is why the weight gain. I haven't been doing anything different, except maybe not exercising like I should. 2 weeks of nothing, and now a gain. ARGH!!!!

Can't tell you not to be frustrated because I would be too. But I want you to keep your morale up. I look forward to your week check in post and have noticed that you are doing a fabulous job youv'e lost 58 lbs and thats like what a five year old little person, or six 10 lbs bags of potatoes

p.s. remember if your toning or starting to lift weights you could have added muscle and muscle weighs more then fat.
