You may already know this...
Don't take your calcium and iron vitamins at the same time. Since they need the same absorption sites during digestion, they cancel each other out. I didn't know this (my nutritionist sucks) and always took them together. In any case, FYI.
Calcium + multivitamin okay to take together. Iron with something citrucy is best (orange juice, etc, and not on an empty tummy), and calcium with food is best for digestion.
