I HAVE NO APPETITE
Been there here as well. My appetite was non-existent. I've now put myself in a schedule since you can't lose weight if you don't eat. I went to the OH Convention this weekend at universal city hilton (los angeles, CA) and that was a big point they hammered on about nutrition. Soooo, putting myself on a schedule has worked best for me. I also have simple foods I can chew on without having to put any major effort into: cottage cheese and string cheese. The ease of having that around has helped to put something in my tummy although I may not be wanting/craving/appetite for it.
