8/16 Post-Ops - 10 week check in!
WOO HOO CHRISTIE!!!! I am extremely happy myself. I had stopped for about 2 weeks, and then because of upping my protein and starting to exercise I dropped 11 lbs in 9 days, that's the 5 lbs I kept going up and down, plus 6 lbs. I'll tell you one thing, even though I hate to exercise, it is going to be my best friend from here on out!!!

-43 pounds, seem to be stuck at that point, hovering about -43 (up one, down one) for the last week. Have been exercising and drinking my liquids, maintaining a nice level of protein intake and ZERO simple carbs. Some carbs in the form of broccoli or string beans, but that's about it. Oh, well, til next week's check in . . . .
