240 - Day of surgery
186 - Today.
I try to get in about 60-80 grams of protein (today not so good, but I am not feeling great), 500-800 cals a day.
Take care and congratulations on your loss.

I had my surgery on 8/13. I've lost 45 pounds since surgery, 66 pounds total. I'm getting in about 50-70 grams of protein a day. My daily calories are abot 900. I'm still having trouble with almost every kind of meat, unless it's shredded and in soup. I'm doing well with my other new foods, like salad and bread -- only difficulty seems to be with meat of any kind. Dietician says that this isn't uncommon, so although I'm frustrated sometimes I'm not too worried. I've added protein shakes back into my diet at least every other day to give my protein intake a boost.
I've lost 72 lbs!!
339 day of surgery

I'm doing ok with my eating. I still can't eat much more than two ounces at a time even though the dietician told me I could move up to three. Getting in plenty of liquids. Vitamins are going ok except I have a hard time remembering to take my B12 once a week. Proteins are easy since I started drinking the No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast with unflavored Unjury. I'm not sure how many calories I'm taking in. Since I'm still only eating three two ounce meals a day I haven't bothered to keep track.
I am feeling good. Still am learning as I go. I am down 56 lbs as of today and am officially in ONE-DERLAND. I'm getting in about 50-60 g of protein daily and about 600-800 calories.

I am down 46 pounds. I can eat anything as long as I chew it well and don't eat too fast. I tried steak and that didn't go so well, and I stay away from bread. I don't count protein or calories. I just try to be sensible and avoid snacking. I've been walking at least a mile almost every day.
281- and some change-Day of surgery
235-Today
Hello everyone!
I had surgery on 8/11/04 but I haven't weighed in since I was exactly eight weeks post-op. I was supposed to go to my surgeon last week but had to cancel. Hopefully I will go next week because I am so curious! I don't weigh in on any other scale other than my surgeon or dietician (theirs is exactly the same).
So, when I was 8 weeks out, I was -37 lbs since surgery! WOOHOO!!
Hugs,
Denise
