Congrats on the weight loss. I had mine Aug. 9th and can eat just about anything now with a few exceptions. Bread and rice I can't really tolerate or tuna. Today I was bad I had a tea biscut for breakfast and when I got home was amazed to find out it had 38g's of carbs. For lunch I had a slice of cheese, 2 slices of lunchmeat and 6 olives. Dinner was a lean cuisine meatball diiner. And of course those lovely protien shakes and water. Patty

Had my surgery 8-9-04, and I have lost 28lbs. I eat rather normal. I dont do red meats, because I dont want to spend all that time chewing. I have not had any bad reactions or dumping. I have noticed I have become lactose intolerant. I can do some things with milk but for the most part, i get horrible stomach aches if I do. I find that weird. I do eat alot of salads though. Take care, and great job on all the weight loss....

I had surgery on 8/17/04 and have lost 36 pounds since that date. But, since the first of 2004, I've lost over 50 pounds. I'm working out at Curves for Women at least 3 times a week, and that helps so much. Oh! I have lost a size in my clothes, two sizes in my panties, and a whole pantyhose size! Now....if I could just find a bra that fits?.... Good luck with your journey!
