 protein and water...um, what's that? I was good at first...then not at good  more in the BAD side. I would only do about 20g of protein a day, and 16oz of water. Now that I'm back to work, I'm forcing it down and just easier that I'm on a schedule. 
255 was my starting weight as well...I'm at 221 as of yesterday, my 6th week out
