9 weeks and 31% later.....
Whenever I want to feel like I am a slow loser, I:
If I haven't been logging food, I begin again.
Make sure I have enough water, protein and calories, every day.
If not exercising, begin again.
Check my 'list' of weigh-ins and realize it IS going down down down.
Then I calculate what percentage of my excess weight is gone:
49.5/160= 31%
Almost a third of the way! THAT IS AWESOME in just 9 weeks! It took me 6 months to lose 40lbs, during my last supervised diet.
What is your strategy? and percentage?
PS: I am heading to Carowinds this weekend - as I am officially 'underweight' for the new flying coaster! wooohoo!
