Hi all August post ops! Just wondering how you are keeping track of your daily intake such as calories, protein, etc. Thanks for the ideas! Crissy 272/240/150

Crissy, I find that keeping track is easier than actually remembering everything I use FitDay.com - it's a great site! You can use the online version or purchase the home version. Either way it's a great way to track nutrition, weight loss, goals, etc Good luck, Jen

I call it Memoirs of a Beauty Queen. I also have to keep track of my blood glucose levels, so I just jot down whatever I have eaten in the day. It's easier than trying to remember and get to the computer. The little notebook (like a memo pad) is always either inmy bag or on my desk or on the kitchen counter, and I just jot down what I have eaten, if there's a label, I include cals and protein counts. If not, I try to estimate the am't of meat or whatever, and then can find out from a chart the am't of calories. Works for me, and I just carry it along to the dr the same way I carried my blood glucose charts for years and years.
