Seven Weeks out and Ready for my next adventure.....

I am seven weeks out and I was really having a bad time with weakness......Then it dawned on me that I have not had any B12 shots yet so I will do that tomorrow......I have been doing my walking daily but have found that I do much better with swimming......After I swim I feel like I did as a 16 year old athlete and I don't get sore like I did when I started walking......I have lost about 65 pounds and feel much better....:dance...I am finding parts of my body I forgot I had.......Like knees and elbows......And I actually have a neck that doesn't roll anymore......This is the best thing I could have ever done for myself......I am making a conscience effort to do everything exactly like I should to keep my dream alive......I wish all of you the best of luck with yours too......Let's see if we can get our Secret Pal Club back off the ground......I know we could all use the feeling special right now......If you need info write me and I will add you on...e-mail addy [email protected] Hugs everyone....Janice

Hey Janice, My Dr put me on B12 two weeks post op and Girl it saved my life. The surgery and complications kicked my butt! Once I got that B12 I felt like a human being again! Congrats on the 65 lbs. I am 8 weeks this upcoming week and am 4 lbs away from 50 lbs! I am determined to get 100-150 lbs off in 6mos to a year. If more then I will be happy with that as well! Congrats to you! Denise
