Hey Debra!!! I'm a 8/2 baby.... I'm also slow, but down 38.... lots of inches gone, but I'm holding off shopping yet. I'm frustrated with how few people have noticed anything!!!! I guess with 100 more to go, it's just a drop in the bucket, but hey, can a girl get a compliment???!!!??? My biggest problem is eating slow enough. With 2 kids running everywhere I tend to have 15 minutes to eat, and have gotten food stuck a few times, and tend to not eat enough over all.... Who would've thought that would be a problem???? Exercise is still not my favorite thing, and I'm really bad at doing much more than walking.... but I swear to improve! Congrats on your progress... remember... it's 34 DOWN, not up, and hopefully gone forever!!!!! Keep going!!!!! Teri S.

I wish the scale would move a little faster but at least the inches are coming off.... I started walking the stairs today at work.. I did 5 flights today 22 steps in each flight and back down... my legs are sore... I don't have time to walk outside so I walk here at work and do my exercise after work doing cardio one day and the next body sculpting... with tension bands... the first week was hard but I know it is helping.... Congratulations on your weight loss... I have 50 more pounds to goal... Debra

I'm a 8/5 post -op and don't hate me, but I've lost 61 lbs!!! I'm melting away..... I get 60 grams of protein and 100 oz of water daily and I exercise or walk every other day..... Surely it will slow down. I don't want it to as I have a lot to lose (I was 364)!! I am wearing my smallest clothes from years past and need to buy some "transitional stuff". I'm amazed..... this is really gonna work! Laurie -61 lbs!!!

I had surgery on 9/20 and was amazed at how you are able to get in all your liquids. I was wondering if you have any tips as to how you're doing this and what type of protien you're drinking and eatting! I'd love to get to where you're at. I just always feel so full I'm finding it very difficult! Keep up the excellent work!! ~ Angela

Hi everyone, I am also a 8/3 rebirth and I am down 48 pounds. I was 347 and now 299 wooohooooooo just under that 300 mark. I wore a 28/30 on top and a 26/28 bottom and now 22/24 bottom and some 24s and 26s on top. My greatest accomplishment is going from a 50 ddd with an exteder on it to a 48dd oh what a feeling to be shrinking . I just started getting all my water in and still working on the protein. I need to find a protein drink I can stomach have not had any luck yet.I also walk a mile and a half a day at least 5 days a week. Well congrats to all of you we have come along way already and can go the long haul together. Hugs to all Brenda
