One month ago today, I had a big stomach!! I have lost 26 lbs. I am feeling good and have not had any complications (knock on wood). Has your weight loss been steady or has is come in spurts? I have been the same weight all week and I am starting to get frustrated. I know I shouldn't be frustrated, I can't continue to lose weight the way I did in the first week, but still...it would be nicel Good luck to all of you.

My surgery was on Aug 16 also!!!! My weight loss has slowed down each week and now I'm kind of "stuck" at 30 lbs. I'm not worried about it though, because I know I'm eating a heck of a lot less than I was and it will come off. So you're not alone. Barbara

Hi Dana, My one month anniversary was on 9/13. My progress has been pretty steady week to week. However, it looks like this week I may have hit a little plateau. Total pounds lost in 4 weeks was 30.

My weight loss stopped after the second week for two weeks and picked up again in the 5th week. I guess its just our bodies playing catch up. I am 5.5 weeks out now and down 40 pounds. Patty

I know ive lost more though cuz im in some clothing i havent worn in quite some time! ya hoo! personally, I think I care more about inches than I do the actual weight anyways~ my mantra is that scales are evil! dont let them rule you or get you down, k? hUUuggZZ

My anniversary too!!!! I have lost a total of 38.5 lbs. I feel really good, except i have a bad pain in my lower left tummy - I think it is because of constipation, but my doctor is doing some tests.

One month ago today for me and I too have lost just over 30 pounds and I too am stuck at this loss. However, there is no way I will stay here because we can't eat and I am getting in enough protein and water sooooo, we must let our bodies catch up. I have increased activity also but holy smokes, I ache all over ever night, I actually feel heavier than I did. Oh well, go to my PCP on Monday for my yearly and we'll see what she has to say about the pain.
