This is what I had today.
B: Protein shake 25 gms/vitamins
water 32 oz
L: 4 tbls chili beans
5 crackers
1 oz cheese
1 slice avocado
sugar free koolaid 16 oz
D: Protein shake 23 gms
water 20 oz
Hope its a good menu for someone one month out tomorrow
According to fitday.com 521 cal, 70 gms Protein, 18gms fat, 13 gms carbs and 76 oz of fluids.
Lost 12 lbs one week out. Will not have my 1 mth f/up until the 25th.

Todays menu...
breakfast string cheese wrapped with 3 very thin slices of turkey (10 grams of protein)
lunch 1/2 cup refried bns w/cheese and sour cream and a few pieces of avacado. not sure how many grams of protein
supper .. going to have some grilled fish.. I should get about 20 grams of protein there...
I am having a very hard time getting my protein in... I cant seem to get my pouch to want anything before afternoon...
So far I have only had 16 ounces of liquid.. so off I go to sip sip sip....
Hopefully I can figure out how to get more protein in.. I think maybe I will have a little bit of p/b for a snack....
8 oz of decaff, fat free, Sugar free "latte" mix
B: 1.4 cup of grape nuts with Hood Carb Countdown Milk
16 oz of Tea/Lemon/Water.... (my own mix)
L: 4 slices of deli smoked turkey rolls with light cream cheese spread
S: 1/2 cup grapes
16 oz Tea Lemon Water
S: 3 cracker sized sliced of cheese
24 oz Dasani water (the only bottled water I can tolerate)
D: insides of a chicken quesadilla
S: 4 spoons of Bryers Sugar Free, Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream...(not sure what the name of it is, but it is the best tasting SF anything I have ever had)
8 oz "lattee" mix again....sort of like my warm milk before bed..
