1 Month Post op !!!!:-)

I just went for my one month post op appointment. I have lost a total of 35 pounds!!! WOW! That is the most I have ever lost in one month. I am so excited and glad that I had this surgery done. I am and have been complication free!!!!!

Congratulations on your speedy recovery and your phenomenol weight loss. Today is my 1 Month anniversay too. I've lost 30 lbs. I lost 30 pounds a year ago. It took me 3 months and I gained it back plus some. It is so comforting to know that this weight loss is the real deal and won't come back. Keep the faith. Barbara

Yipppeee for you!!!! You are doing really well. Are you able to walk and exercise now? I had surgery 8/17/04 and have now started water aerobics! Is your life changing for you? Keep up the good work!!!!
