8/30's - weigh in
Hi everyone.
Thought I'd see how all you fellow 8/30's are doing. Also, thought it'd be a good idea to do a weekly weigh in to see where everyone stands and how the progress is going. I'm already in a slump, not losing as much as I'd like, but we all lose differently and our bodies need to adjust. Just gotta remember: sip, sip that protein and water and walk, walk, walk (i started walking 2miles a day today...woo hoo)

I too, am an 8/30. I'm down 12lbs in 12 days and feeling good. (I haven't weighed myself since my check up.) However, I don't have the stamina to walk 2 miles. I am soooo tired.
I do get in plenty of water but the protein is out the window. I'm having a real bad time there.
Anyway, best of luck and keep up that walking!

I'm an 8/30er too! As of yesterday morning.... -24.5 pounds!!! I'm already breaking out the clothes that were too snug! I'm so thankful for pureed foods!!! Still can't think of downing another protein shake... hahaha Oh but had scallops last night.... I like the quality rather than quantity eating!! I'll never forget my first 'meal'.... pureed tuna salad! I thought it was the best thing on the planet!!! grin
