Wendy, congratulations on the 31 lbs. That is awesome!!! I know what you mean about not wanting to eat anything. The only time I really do is when I first wake up. I make myself eat something small every 3 hours (usually 4 oz. of something). At meal times I eat a little more substantially. Keep up the good work! JUDY

Hi Judy, I'm 08/16 also and feeling wonderful! I have lost a total of 24lbs since surgery and 39 since my last pre-op visit. I couldn't be happier just to know that those 39 lbs will not come backl! I walk at least 1 1/2 miles a day and tonight I actually ran maybe 1/4 mile at different points.I am still on the pureed stage but have been eating mostly soups. I have had no problems with anything I have eaten, although water is tough. Sandy

My surgery was on 08/16/2004. I have lost a total of 38.5 lbs. (11 pre-op and 27.5 post-op). I have had no trouble eating anything. I am still trying to stay with soups and soft foods.
