Acne anyone?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has had a flair of acne since surgery. I was 1 month post op on Thursday. I am 42 and did not have acne most of my adult life but all of a sudden I am having a breakout like a teenager. I see everyone else is having a time getting either protien and water in - me too. I just got a box of samples of the Isopure and another couple of protein snacks but goodness it seems like so much to eat and drink. I am down 52 pounds which seems like too much but I can't complain. Good Luck to everyone with their battle against protein shakes.

Yes, Patti I also have had a problem with acne.I was told it is all of the toxins coming out. To wash my face several times a day and clean with a stringent. I have done so and it is getting bettter although I think last week it was better than this.But I atribute that to going back towork next week and I am worried about that so I think that is nerves. Congrats on your -52 that is great. I am down -26 + that was 2 weeks ago and I only weigh 1 time a month. keep up the good work and I hope I helped some.Hugs Brenda
