I know you said sweets were getting to you, but there are some good protein bars out there that could help you meet your protein goals. Some are berry flavored but all I have found are sweet. Make sure to read the labels and only get the ones that are sugar free because the others will make you regret it BIG TIME! Also I have a glass of something with me all the time to sip on through the day. I usually have crystal lite pink lemonaide or some decaf tea made with spenda. I even make sure to pack something to drink when I leave the house to sip on in the car and where I go. This helps me get my liquids in. Try adding protein powder and 1 packet of splenda to your crystal lite or tea (using 1/2 scoop per 8 oz glass). Good luck to you ...hope my suggestions help some. Beth

Barb, I have to constantly sip to meet my liquids goal. I carry a drink with me everywhere (if I'm going upstairs a drink goes with me). I try not to let more than 10 minutes pass without a sip. It's hard though, hang in there!! When I crave sweets I eat light yogurt, sf pudding, sf fudge pops, sf popsicles, or sf jello. Trust me I know it's not the real thing but it sure helps. Hey, also Klondike makes an ice cream bar with splenda. Really, really good!! Good luck, Christie

GNC has a liquid protein that you take by the tablespoon. It has like 17 grams of protein per tablespoon. Makes it alot easier to get the protein in. Stephanie
