NOW THIS IS RIGHT UP MY ALLEY, IVE BEEN WORKING OUT SINCE JANUARY 2004 . I HAD SURGERY HALLOWEEN 2003 I LOST 225 IN 8 MONTHS.
MY WORK OUT CONSISTS OF WEIGHT TRAINING, RESISTANCE TRAINING,
CARDIO,MARTIAL ARTS , AND LOTS OF WALKING. SIMPLY PUT IM VERY ACTIVE. IF I CAN DO IT ANY 1 CAN. I GOT PICS TO PROVE IT.
