I am doing pretty good. I am counting the hours untill I get all these staples out. (wednesday). I am afraid they have been in too long and they are really going to hurt coming out. I am eating yogurt for breakfast. Tuna for lunch and chicken for dinner. I bought some tasteless whey powder and plan on trying that today. I got these vista vitamins from the bariatriceating website. But I didn't know you had to take five wafers a day. So I have over a hundred dollars in vitamins that I can't stomach. I bought the flintstone ones yesterday and I am going to start those today. I am still sleeping on my back on a mound of pillows. I can't wait untill I can snuggle with the hubby again. We are both pretty weary of my staples. I am looking forward to my weigh in on wednesday. How are you doing?
I am doing okay....
I still have cramps in my left leg and I got a strain in my heel, but it is getting better now.
I am eating lots of stuff, but I am having a hard time with the protein drinks. They make me dry heave. I can't stand it, I'd rather barf. And my surgeon told me to drink watered down Gatorade for the leg cramps and that is making me gag, too.
I am trying for my 50g of protein a day, but without the drinks, it is really hard.
Other than all that, I am doing great. I feel the difference in my right leg already. (the left is kinda swollen, but the right has los****er weight)

I feel great,except forsome heart burn type pain off and on even with the pepcid ac I have to take. Haven't needed pain meds for about 1 week. I have trouble with protien shakes tooooo sweeeet but I do fairly with protien from food. Still on thin puree can't wait for soft food stage. But I have Been Trying to puree whatever I think I am Hungry for. Don't know how much I've lost don't see Dr until the 15th but I do know I am losing inches!!!! So glad to hear everyone else is doing well too. Barb
