I had a minor "freak out" today

Wow!!! Ditto Ditto Ditto... It sure helps to read that others are going through the same thing. I'm actually not having a full-blown freakout because, 1. I didn't have time and 2. I really have to trust that God is going to take care of me. I began this process on May 16, 2004 and 10 days ago, I was given a surgery date of September 21, 2004. 3 days ago I was told that I was being moved up to Aug. 30! I did my preop the next day and went on liquids today. By the time I actually realize what's happening, I'll be waking up in recovery! I had exactly 3 days to kick a lifelong Pepsi habit and I did it. Yay Diet Snapple...ugh. If God can do that, then I KNOW He can do anything!

Jud I cab relate to your freak out, I had several. I think I simply needed to reconfirm why I was doing all this! I had surgery last Thursday and I am home and glad I am here!! You will not get this e mail now until after you are home but, best wishes to you today!! Sue
