Monday is the Day
Best of luck to both of you! Just remember to walk, walk, walk!! I kept this in my head the whole time I was there. I walked and did the incentive spirometer religously and I think this really helped me. Even when I was tired or hurting, I did both. When you do the spirometer the first time and barely hit 500 you will realize just how vital it is! By the time I left, I was up to almost 2000 again on it.
