Fever

I was running a low grade fever yesterday and couldnt even keep water down. Today I am able to keep the fluids down but the fever is up to 101.4. I called the surgeon and he said since I am not having pain in the area where the surgery is he feels its not related and must be some kind of virus. Not sure what to do next, do I call my pcp or wait till tomorrow and see what happens. Patty
