I had my doubts

My surgery was last Wed. I had a reaction to the medicine they gave. So instead of waking up right after surgery. I woke up 8 hours later. They didn't give me pain meds during that time so when I woke up I was in a lot of pain. I was sure I made the wrong choice. I then felt sick from that point out. I was sore but didn't have any pain. Well today I woke up and felt better. It is amazing how one good day can make it seem worth. That and I have lost 14 lbs.

Hi Heather, We share the same date. I had to stay in ICU for 2 days b/c of a high fever. I seem to get tired easily but don't have any pain unless I try to twist around for some stupid reason. then ouch Sorry, you had such a hard time of it. But believe me, each day gets better. Blessings Deanna
