My Dr. had me taking 2 Flintstones Complete chewables upon discharging me from the hospital... they dissolve pretty easily and I haven't had any problems (I'm 21 days post-op now). Every Dr's different so you might want to check, but the flintstones ones have worked fine for me. Take care, Dawn

HI......YUP MY DR. HAD ME TAKING 2 CHILDERNS CENTRUM(SP?) COMPLETE THE DAY I WAS DISCHARGED PLUS THE CALIUM CITRATE AND ON FRIDAY I START THE ONCE A WEEK UNDER THE TONGUE B12. I AM 4 DAYS POST-OP. MY SURGERY WAS ON AUGUST 20TH. HEY CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF US THAT ARE LOSERS AND GOING TO BE LOSERS...YIPPIE...... SINCERELY JODI

Seems to be unanimous, that was one of my orders on the discharge form from the hospital. To begin an adult chewable multivitamin with Iron twice per day. Greg

I am on liquid vitamins for the first two months. I take iron, 3tsp a day, Multi vitamins, 3 tbsp a day and calcium 4 tsp a day. My cupboard looks like a drugstore, I have so many bottles. Patty
