Another one about hair loss

I'm 21 days p-o and have had a little hair loss, but I hear it gets worse. Protein and vitamins should help though. My Dr. recommends that I have 60 grams of protein/day and 2 Flintstones Complete (With iron) chewable vitamins. Plus I take 1000 mcg B12. I'm not sure how they decide the protein thing, my nutritionist told me that was my goal (I'm 5'6" and started at ~257 lbs). I get protein from syntrax nectar protein shakes that I order online... I use 2.5-3 scoops and very little water (just enough to dissolve the mix). I drink that throughout the morning... it's pretty filling!!
