Hi!
I am coming in short onthe protein bench as well right now. I am getting about 40 gms from Isopure drink. It comes in different flavors and if you drink it ice cold, is kinda like a weak Koolaid.
I dumped on the roadside lemonade with 1 1/2 scoops, but am going to try again with one scoop. There is 21 grams in there. From food, am sure not much coming from that.
I am eating sugar free pudding with a scoop of tasteless whey protein in the mix making each 4 ounce container 7 gms of protein.
The other foods I am eating don't have much as they are mostly liquidy, with an occasional shred of chicken or something in a souped up liquid diet.
I go back to the doc on Th to get this last drain out and the staples. Wll have to touch base on what I am eating and when I go to the next stage. I had a tiny bite of pureed chicken salad and it was sooo good. Was half a baby spoon bite, so not much!! LOL
The pain is pretty minimal and am taking my Roxicet only at night time...that stuff sends me to the moon so I don't like to take it much at all.
I am walking a fair amount each day and still having trouble with the water goal. I think including the Isopure I am at about 40 ounces.....lots of room for improvement!
Keep in touch!!

My Dr. has me on 20-25 g's a day of protien which isn't much so its easy to get in. As far as food I am still on full liquids for another week and all calcium based. I can have yogurt, pudding and creamed soup. I use Pro Lab Whey Protien and mix it with my crystal lite, makes a really nice drink.
Glad to hear you are doing well.
