advice????

i am home and three days post op. not really doing to bad actually but...i had laproscopic surgery and dealing with the ..air/gas has been the worst. any help/ideas/suggesations would be appreciated. i have been walking and that does seem to really help at least while i am doing it. also the nausea any suggestions. i am not taking any pain meds as it all makes me ill and dealing with the pain (what little i have is easier than being ill).

Glad to hear that you are home and on the road to recovery. Water and walking will be your best cure for the gas. Not too sure what you can do about the nauseau maybe call the dr and ask if you can take some crushed gravol. I'm sure that wouldnt be a problem. Patty
