it's all over but the happiness

i was just sitting here smiling and thinking of all the time i've wasted thinking about dieting, failure, shame, etc, etc, etc. this is way-cool - i just feel good! i had the surgery performed 8/9, was totally scared and - i can't believe it's me! for anyone who is in doubt or waiting until...think again. if you're reading this, you probably can't do it alone and there is absolutely no need to try. good luck to you all.

It's such a wonderful tool, wish I would have known about this 20 years ago. I would def recommend it to anyone. Patty
