I have a date and now I am getting scared. He kind of scared me because he said that he wished I was a little smaller.that there are more complication but he said the same about my mom and she did fine...

Congrats on your date. I was worried too because my BMI was also over 50. I had absolutely no problems with the open rny and I am sure you won't either. My Dr. had also expressed concerns about doing it on me because I am 45 years old and he felt that made it even riskier. Don't worry I am sure you will do great. Patty
