Let the games begin....

Ha...you thought I was gonna say something about the Olympics didn't you!??!?!? Not quite, well, it is an Olympic size challenge, but I am taking the gold!! 3 mroe days until surgery!! Yahooo!!! I had a day at the spa today. Was nice, but I think it was way too long for me to be in one place! I was catching up on reading all of the posts and I am so excited for all of you that are home!! I got behind on the reading here because I have been so darn busy trying to get everything in order for Tuesday. My best friend, Tabitha (odd that we have the same odd name, huh?), will be flying in for a few days and helping me out. I am so happy that she is coming that I cannot even express it! I have not seen her since I left Ga in 2000!!! So much happiness is filling me! Then my dear friend from Iraq (well, he is not from there!) called me today on the way to the spa to wish me luck. He just happened to get near a phone and called...made my day! So, lots of positive things surrounding me as I lead up to the big day! Best of luck on the recoveries, I continue to pray for all the Augusteers, please add me to yours! Keep us posted on how you are all doing! Talk to you soon! Tabitha

Hi Tabitha, I have my surgery this Thursday the 19th so we're getting close! These countdown days are tough. It feels like there are a million things important to do, but instead I went to Walmart! Bought everything sugar free I could find! Good luck to you, Jan
