Any last minute advice

I'm getting close to my date, I'm very nervous and last minute advice wold be nice. My date is the 24th of August

My date is Monday, August 9th, 2004 at the Barix Clinic in Langhorne, PA. My advise to you is to just relax, and begin you're journey on a positive note. Surgery dates are the beginning to our new lives...thin and no longer trapped behind larger, slower, less attractive bodies. Not to mention the health issues we will be avoiding. Good luck and bonvoyage. I will post again after my surgery, when I'm feeling able to sit at the computer.

Hey Jenn, My surgery is on August 12 and I was wanting last-minute wisdom as well. I posted that question on my state board (TX) this morning. Here's a link to the posting, with people's advice. Hi everyone I am the 17th and am looking forward to beginning this journey to a new lifestyle. There are a lot of nerves and emotions starting to flow, but I am so happy and ready. I am not letting (well, trying me best!) any negative feelings or stress come into my life! Just enjoying the next week and staying focused. best of luck and lots of prayers! Tab
