One week from today I will be going to the losing side. I am getting so nervous. The what ifs are going through my head faster then the what if not. I am glad I have my family here at AMOS and I know I will get support and encouragement from all you wonderful people.

I'm right with you on the nerves I go Monday !! It is natural for us to have these feelings!! I just get on line and read profiles and look at the photos and feel better! You hang in there. I'll keep you in my prayers Best wishes Linda

Susan, You will do just fine. I am sending you healing wishes for an easy recovery. Stay busy and allow this time before surgery to do whatever needs to be done at home/work/school or where ever. My date is the 18th and I will be thinking and praying for you. God Bless Deanna

The time just flies doesn't it. It is great to have this group to support us, no one else can understand what we are going through. The nerves part is natural, I've had the what ifs all week. Best wishes Patty

I'm on the 18th too. I have also struggled with a case of the what if's lately. According to my support group, it's totally natural. Just remember, you're strong enough to deal with anything that comes up.

Hi Susan, I am also having my surgery on the 12th. I know the what-ifs are natural and part of the whole picture. You'll do great, and like you say, the support from AMOS just can't be beat. I quite honestly don't think I'd even be getting this surgery without the support I get here. Thinking of you as we enjoy our last Fridays on this side of the fence! Kathryn
