Meds before sugery

Just a little reminder if you take any meds ask your Dr. what you should do about them the day of surgery. My Dr advised me that on the morning of surgery I should take my bp pills with just a touch of water. I never actually gave it any thought till he mentioned it. Patty

Thanks Patty!!! Are you getting nervous? I go from nervous to excited!! I had to stop my Celabrex 1wk before surgery and weaned off my Welbutrin this last month. I can really tell the last few days I'm off the Welbutrin and my family can too!Monday is our BIG DAY I'll say alittle prayer for us both!! Best wishes Linda

Im the same, I am nervous one second and excited the next. It's hard to believe that its our turn in less than a week. I'll say a prayer for both of us too. Good Luck Patty

I am glad you said something. I take zoloft daily, and I have not talked to the doctor about taking it. I will call tomorrow. Alicia
