My date is 8/9 For a Laproscopic Adjustable Gastric Banding Procedure and I plan to indulge myself with a big plate of "soul food" and lots of play time with my toddler. And I'd like to say, CONGRATULATIONS everyone on your dates! I pray that our procedures go smoothly, for our speedy recovery and for the best of health for us and our loved ones. august 1 will be my last really good meal i will go liquid for a we****il surgery my decission , i am having a revision from avbg to a rny i will be 3 hours away from home we will be going as a family my husband and our two little boys,(rugrats).i will use this next wek to make the most time with my family and parents and getting everything together we will be leaving for where my surgery will be next sunday after church service,and i am talking to GOD 24/7 and praying for a his will be done and to guide my doctors hand ,and trying not to get to scared ,this is my 2nd time around first wls surgery was 10 yrs ago , now i have a family to think of.good luck to all and the countdown begins.... DO NOT FORGET TO START TO EXERCISE SOME IT WILL MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER FOR YOUR RECOVERY AND START LIQUIDS TRUST ME THIS WAY YOU CAN BE USE TO ITSO YOU WONT BE COLD TURKEY ALL OF THE SUDDEN IT HELPS !!!!!!!!!
