hi all! just thought id pass on the info...im to be banded 8/10 so i am shopping/tasting protein pwdrs. heres a great one...GNC 100% whey protein chocolate (also tried strawberry..not bad, tolerable tastes like watery strawberry quick). it mixes instantly with a spoon, no lumps. its not to sweet, and has no after taste. i have been mixing it into water and its the best ive tasted so far. i paid $18.36 her in long island NY for a 3lb (48 oz) size. 103 c, 2.5 f, 5 carbs, 1 fiber, 20 protein. it has 43 servings. heres a tip: i bought it at a gnc in the mall, then went to a local gnc (in a shopping center...or any location not in a mall) and the price at the "outside" one was $31.66. when i asked why the price was so different this is what the girl said, "in the malls they are corporate stores, the workers are paid hourly..the outside stores are franchises and the workers actually own the store. in those stores they jack up the prices as they have to pay gnc a profit first, then keep the rest for themselves." in these stores it is actually harder to rt something as they dont get credit for the items. In the mall, i was able to rt an item even if opened (i didnt like the taste) with no questions asked and was given a full refund. hope this helps someone! susan

The best one I have found is Unjury(90 cal), which is made for wls and cancer patients. It is pricey, but sooo good. I also have GNC, Isopure(which is filling, 300 cals). Thanks for the info on GNC stores.

You can get alot of these Protein powders cheaper online than at GNC Remember you have to watch the sugar content
