Mine is the 4th also and I cannot wait and am very excited. I saw the surgeon for the final time prior to surgery last Thursday and signed all my consent forms and tomorrow I go to the hospital for pre-op appointment. I cannot believe it is only 8 days. Mine is August 4th too! I've got so much to do before then! I still haven't bought my supplements or thermometer! I've got to get everything done this week because I don't have much time left! 8 more days to go! Leland Lap RNY 08/04/04

I have the same feelings. My date is 8-2-04. I can hardly sit still. I am so excited, nervous, anxious, I am not sure what. I hope by the time Sunday comes that I will get sleep before surgery. The future looks bright for all of us. I wish you all the best. Sheri
