Hello my Aug board family... I'm having an extremely stressful time. 8 pre-op appts have literally turned into 20. I had an abnormal stress test and had most recently a heart catherization. The test, although stressful in itself, I'm dealing with! I have my approval after 3 years and I'm so so happy, but if theses appts an test didn't stress me out enough. My landlord, is selling the home I have lived in with my husband ****il he left last year for almost) for 6 yrs in Sept. Out of the blue no warning at all. Came her on friday, after my heart cath was done, and gave me the bad news. I'm on a very limited income, with no prospects of a new place too go. And the winch, told me she was going too close on Sept. 26, Well guess what... I won't be out of here. I have been packing up but she doesn't want too give me anytime, not even 30 days too get things in order, So, As best I can, I'm not stressing and I'm making the winch take me too court and put me out. I hate too resort too this, I pay my rent on time every month, and all i'm asking for was 30 days. So I stopped taking her calls, On the occasion that she may show up at my door, I will not answer it for her. Please pray for a miracle for me. Stressed out in Md, but getting my surgery in 12 days... Susan

Susan-- I am so sorry to hear that you are having to deal with such stress right now. As if dealing with the surgery isn't enough. I hope that everything works out for you and that your surgery is successful. Hang in there! Joan

Hi Susan! I'm so sorry that this has happened to you! I would most definitely check my lease - even if you rent on a month to month basis she may still be required to give at least 30 days notice!! I pray that everything works out or at least gets better!!! Please email me if you ever need to talk!! Heather

Check with your local housing board, she may even have to give you more time for medical reasons, don't let her do this. I realize she wants to sell the property but she should have checked first. Do the new buyers want a tenant? I am praying for you and know that it will all work out, just have the surgery and put this on the back burner.
